Restaurant Judo is all about passion and authentic flavors. Our owner, with 35 years of experience in Chinese cuisine, learned the art of cooking by watching his mother as a child and later working at a traditional dai pai dong (open-air restaurant).
Today he brings this rich culinary experience together in unique, self-invented recipes, so that you can enjoy an authentic and tasty dining experience.

The name Judo is inspired by the Chinese word 友道 (pronounced yǒou dào), which literally means: "the way of friendship". At Restaurant Judo, this meaning is central. We believe that good food brings people together and that every meal is a moment of connection. Our restaurant is a place where friendship, hospitality and culinary experience come together.
